About Me
I'm a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping people make sense of their inner world and step into their most courageous lives. My work is rooted in a deep belief that every person has the capacity to move through challenges — and that the right support can make all the difference in getting there. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, seeking more from your relationships, or simply ready to grow more fully into who you are, I'm here to walk that path with you.
My path to therapy was shaped by a lifelong curiosity about people, relationships, and the cultures that connect us. My undergraduate degree is in Anthropology with a focus on archaeology and cultural anthropology, and before going back to school to become a therapist, I spent years in Canada coordinating government programs aimed at fostering wellness and stronger communities. That background — spanning the academic, the cultural, and the deeply human — informs the lens through which I consider the many different contexts in which people build their lives.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I hold deep respect for the power of our relationships — both the ones we have with others and the one we have with ourselves. I work with individuals ready to explore and restore those connections, and with couples seeking to find or rebuild closeness. In our work together, I draw on well-researched therapy approaches, bringing curiosity, compassion, and the flexibility to tailor my methods to what you specifically need — because no two people, and no two journeys, are the same.
My goal is to create a space where the most important parts of your story can surface safely, without judgment. Together, we'll look honestly at what's holding you back, breathe into it with acceptance, and begin building the skills and inner resources to support your growth. Just as importantly, we'll shine a light on what's already working — your existing strengths and abilities are some of your greatest assets, and we'll put them fully to work in moving you toward your goals.
I believe that a courageous, rewarding life isn't reserved for a lucky few — it's available to you. Whatever has brought you here, I'm glad you're considering this step. If my approach resonates with you, please reach out to connect and explore how we might work together.
