Do I need therapy?

  • Life is full of challenges, and many people find themselves in situations when extra support is helpful to make sense of experiences and feelings, to cope with changes or distressing circumstances, or to make changes for the better. Sometimes, our circumstances overwhelm our abilities to thrive as we would like to. Therapy can provide the the support needed to renew, reconnect, and restore ourselves, and our relationships.
